Overview
Highly respected practice along the West Sussex coast due to increased instructions is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join our busy team. Reporting to the Head of Private Client, the role will involve managing and developing your own caseload which will eventually cover all aspects of Private Client work but will initially be primarily dealing with Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your own caseload; initially focused on Wills and Powers of Attorney, with progression to broader Private Client work.
- Support and work under the direction of the Head of Private Client within a small, busy team.
- Provide outstanding client care.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience fee earning in Private Client.
- Be proficient in managing your own caseload together with excellent organisation skills.
- Have experience of using a case-management system.
- Be able to integrate easily into our small, busy private client team.
