A recently qualified Planning Solicitor is sought by a leading regional law firm. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Planning Law and ambition to join an established, leading team. The workload is high quality and varied, with good support and training on offer. The candidate should have relevant experience in Planning law during their training contract; our client is interested in speaking to spring and summer 2025 qualifiers.
Responsibilities
- Advise on development planning matters, including complex S106/278 agreements.
- Engage with CPO issues, public inquiries, and judicial reviews where required.
- Work within a specialist Planning Lawyers team advising high-profile developers on housing and regeneration projects.
- Support a senior and expert team with long-standing experience in Real Estate-related planning work.
- Contribute to high-quality development projects while maintaining work-life balance.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0–4 years qualified as a Planning Solicitor (or equivalent experience gained during training).
- At least 6 months of Planning Law experience during a training contract.
- Spring and Summer 2025 qualifiers considered; open to regional planning solicitors or those based in London seeking high-quality development work and long-term prospects.
