Superb opportunity for a junior Company Commercial Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career working within an excellent team. The practice is highly regarded within the South East with offices throughout London, Kent & Surrey; due to increased workflow they are now looking for a newly qualified to 2yrs PQE.
You will be confident in managing your own caseload alongside working with senior lawyers on more complex matters and have strong interpersonal skills and be happy to be involved in business development. The caseload will include but not limited to: commercial contracts, acquisitions & disposals of businesses, shareholder agreements, option agreements, joint ventures, distribution agreements and general terms & conditions.
It is a pre-requisite that if you are an NQ you must have sat a minimum of 6 months during your training within the company commercial department.
