Infrastructure is back. A planning law heavyweight is looking to hire an infrastructure-led planning lawyer to join their market leading team. The right candidate will have between 1 – 5 years PQE and will be able to demonstrate a track record of working on major infrastructure projects that are nationally significant. The projects will largely be based in the transport sector but will also involve cross-over into other industries and development planning. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious planning solicitor looking to work on projects of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Advise on planning matters related to major infrastructure projects, including development planning and cross-sector work.
- Work on complex S106/278 agreements, CPOs, public inquiries and judicial reviews.
- Collaborate with a specialist team of planning lawyers advising leading developers on housing and regeneration projects.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years PQE in planning or infrastructure-related law.
- Experience on nationally significant infrastructure projects, primarily in the transport sector, with scope in development planning.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of handling complex planning matters and working in a high-quality environment.
