We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, varied matters in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where your expertise and ideas are genuinely valued.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a diverse commercial property caseload, advising a broad client base on everything from acquisitions and disposals to leasing and development projects. You’ll be trusted to manage matters end-to-end while playing an active role in building long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documentation
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development work
- Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE
- Strong background in commercial property law
- Confident drafter and negotiator with a practical, commercial mindset
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- A collaborative team player with strong client-facing skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with development projects
- Exposure to planning matters
