We are looking to recruit into a successful Leicester Corporate and Commercial team. Our client, based in the heart of Leicester, is looking to recruit a range of Corporate solicitors.
This position will see you working alongside a close-knit team of Partners and Associates who are strongly recommended by the Legal 500. The range of work includes but is not limited to:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Reorganisations
- Commercial agreements
- Corporate finance
