A top 50 UK Law firm with over 700 lawyers wishes to recruit a newly or recently qualified Commercial Real Estate Lawyer in the Ipswich office.
The Commercial Real Estate Team is one of the best regarded and largest within any firm outside of London, with over 200 lawyers across the firm as a whole.
The Ipswich team itself comprises around 25 Lawyers. It is a well established, collegiate team with plenty of opportunity and support for career development.
About You:
You will have experience in the following areas:
- Commercial landlord and tenant work
- Investment and asset management
- General commercial property development
- Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
- Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
You will be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
