- You will advise on a broad range of private client matters focused on individuals with reduced mental capacity, working closely with vulnerable clients, their families, and professional contacts.
- Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Handling Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship applications
- Supporting clients with health and welfare decisions
- Advising on care funding and related financial matters
- Drafting advance decisions and related documentation
- Acting for vulnerable adults, attorneys, and deputies
