This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid experience across the full spectrum of private client work who’s ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of a respected department.
The Role
You’ll oversee and develop a busy and varied caseload, including:
- Wills, trusts, and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
- Tax and succession advice for HNW individuals and families
Alongside managing your own caseload, you’ll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior team members, developing client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s wider strategic goals.
About You
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years’ PQE in private client work
