Head of Conveyancing & COLP | East Lancashire
A growing and ambitious residential conveyancing practice is seeking an experienced Head of Conveyancing & Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) to lead the next phase of its development.
Following a recent restructure and significant investment in the conveyancing department, the firm is looking for a senior solicitor who can combine strong technical expertise with leadership, compliance oversight and a genuine desire to help shape the future of the business.

This is not a role for someone looking simply to maintain an existing department. The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and growing the conveyancing function, supported by an engaged leadership team that is fully committed to investment and long-term growth.

About You:
You'll ideally have:
- A strong background in residential conveyancing
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Existing COLP experience
- Strong compliance, risk management and regulatory awareness
- A collaborative and commercially minded approach
- The ambition to play a key role in a firm's growth journey
