Advising high-end international clients (asset managers, major investors, financial services groups) you will have a hands-on role in some of the most innovative and technically challenging matters in the market. The team covers the entire life cycle from formation and regulation through to restructurings and terminations, across a wide spectrum of fund types/classes. Once settled, you will be encouraged to get involved in all aspects of business development and client relationship management, making it ideal for someone who wants to fast-track their progression both in terms of skill set and building their network. Opportunities to progress, in this most funds-centric of markets, are outstanding. Requirements Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand or Canada). Likely to suit someone with 3-6 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit). Investment funds expertise gained with a leading UK/International firm would be preferred, but corporate lawyers with some exposure to the sector and a desire to specialise, are encouraged to get in touch. Package Attractive tax-free salary (expected to be in the range of USD160k-220k depending on experience). Comprehensive benefits and bonus. Relocation package (flights temporary accommodation on arrival expenses allowance). Process Interviews will take place by videoconference Start dates typically around 3-6 months later (depending on your notice period).
