A Senior Family Lawyer is sought by a long-established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high-profile hires, fantastic modern offices, and a culture and ethos second to none have established this firm as one of the region’s leading names.

Described as very forward-thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm aims to grow substantially in the next twelve months.

The Family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of:

• Divorce and separation
• Ending a civil partnership
• Unmarried couples, ending an unmarried or cohabiting relationship
• Resolving financial issues on divorce, civil partnership dissolution, and separation
• Resolving children issues including parenting arrangements and relocation abroad
• Relationship agreements including living together/cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, declarations of trust/property ownership agreements, and separation agreements
• Injunctions
• Collaborative law, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution

Due to succession planning, they now wish to attract an additional team member to eventually head the department.

Ideally, this person would have at least 5 years PQE, come from a regional or London background, and be seeking a firm with clear prospects for advancement.
