The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Our client has around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines. In addition to a competitive salary, they offer a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.
They now wish to add to their Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. You should be confident in delivering a good service within a fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including but not limited to:
- freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal
- lease renewal and rent review
- site assembly for developers
- advice to landlords and tenants
- option, pre-emption and overage agreements
- property financing
- advice upon retail, office and industrial development
- joint venture projects
