As a Civil and Commercial Disputes Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, including contested probate matters, while working in a supportive, collaborative team, with excellent opportunities for professional growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, property matters, debt recovery, professional negligence, and contested probate
- Advise clients from instruction through to resolution, including ADR and litigation
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective client solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- 1–6 years PQE in civil and commercial dispute resolution
- Strong litigation experience and knowledge of CPR
- Confident managing files independently
- Excellent drafting and client-handling skills
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
