We are working with a Top 50 UK law firm, renowned for its rapid growth and client-centric approach, to appoint a Residential Property Lawyer with 1 year PQE to join their expanding team on the fringes of East London. The Role
You’ll join a thriving Residential Property team handling a broad range of conveyancing work, including:
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- New Build transactions
- Help to Buy & Shared Ownership schemes
- Islamic Finance
- Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement
- Equity Release
- Landed Estates
You’ll be encouraged to build strong client relationships and take ownership of files, with plenty of support from senior lawyers and the wider property team.
