Responsibilities
- Trust administration and tax compliance
- Inheritance Tax planning and estate administration
- Preparing and filing tax returns
- Supporting solicitors with probate and complex estate matters
- Advising on Wills, LPAs, and wider private client issues as part of the team
About You / Qualifications
- Experience in a Trusts & Tax role (law firm or accountancy background)
- Strong Excel and bookkeeping skills (double entry essential)
- Experience with TaxCalc and/or Isokon (advantageous)
- ATT / AAT qualification (or equivalent), or strong experience in private client tax
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- We’re also open to considering candidates from an accountancy background who are looking to pivot into private client work and take their career in a new direction.
