ResponsibilitiesYou will advise their clients on Construction documentation including contracts, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments, and bonds. This includes advising on many different standard forms such as JCT and NEC, together with bespoke documentation. Depending on your background, you may also advise on disputes or other development work. The firm acts for developers, consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors; work largely on commercial buildings and blocks of apartments, with core clients who regularly provide repeat work.
