I\’m working with a highly ranked national law firm looking to hire an Employment Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level for their growing Oxford office. The role sits within a Chambers Band 1 and Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked team, known for providing high-quality employment advice to an impressive client base including PLCs, SMEs, and senior individuals.

The Role:

This is a broad advisory and contentious employment law position, working closely with a market-recognised partner who leads the Oxford-based team. You’ll be advising both employers and senior employees on matters including:

  • Disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Discrimination and whistleblowing
  • TUPE and restructuring
  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • Senior exits and executive advisory work
