Overview
This is a new opportunity for an employment solicitor to join a ranked highly regarded practice to join their leading ranked Employment team in Kent.

Working alongside the Head of Department and a Senior Employment Associate, you will manage your own caseload and assist on more complex matters. The work will involve both contentious and non-contentious matters including dealing with settlement agreements, equality & discrimination, unfair/wrongful dismissal, disciplinary & grievance, maternity & paternity, redundancy, TUPE, and Tribunal work.
You will advise a predominantly respondent client base including SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships, and other larger companies as well as individuals.
