The firm is now looking to recruit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded national Employment team. The team is led by a market‑leading partner with deep expertise in the public sector and advises clients across the full health and social care landscape.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and high‑quality workload, with exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. The role offers real responsibility from an early stage, alongside clear and realistic progression within a collaborative national team. You will work with a broad range of clients including NHS bodies, healthcare providers, charities and social enterprises, advising on the full spectrum of employment issues.

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 PQE+ qualified employment solicitor
  • Strong experience handling Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious matters
  • Experience advising health, social care or third‑sector clients (NHS experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Confidence supervising junior team members and contributing to team development
  • An interest in business development and building long‑term client relationships (with full marketing support provided)
