The Role
We are looking for a General Disputes Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join the team. You will work on a variety of contentious matters, advising clients on strategy, managing cases from start to finish and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling commercial disputes, contractual claims and debt recovery
- Managing litigation through all stages, from pre-action to trial
- Drafting pleadings, settlement agreements and correspondence
- Advising clients on risks, strategies, and potential outcomes
- Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
- Building strong client relationships and providing practical advice
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Contributing to business development initiatives and networking
