Birmingham / West Midlands This opportunity would suit a recently qualified, or soon-to-qualify, solicitor looking to establish themselves within a respected Corporate team known for the quality of its training and supervision. Working alongside experienced Partners and Senior Associates, you will gain exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity matters, management buyouts, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work.
The team prides itself on providing junior lawyers with meaningful responsibility from an early stage whilst ensuring they receive the support, mentoring and technical development needed to thrive.
