A leading Milton Keynes firm is looking to recruit a corporate solicitor to join its high-profile team.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within private equity, M&A, corporate, and corporate restructuring. It would also be useful, although not essential, to have an interest in banking. Ideally, your experience will have been gained at a city or medium/large provincial practice.
Responsibilities:
- Basic business and company law
- Company/business acquisitions and disposals experience acquired through a training contract with a city or medium/large provincial practice.
- Familiarity with drafting articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, share options, and similar corporate documentation.
- Sound legal knowledge, drafting skills, and experience with a recognised practice.
- Commercial, practical, and financial awareness.
- Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels.
- Excellent academics and strong ambition for career development.
