This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with 2+ years’ PQE to work on high-quality corporate matters while enjoying a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

The Role: As part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you will advise business owners, corporates, and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate law matters. Your work will span across various sectors, including IT, technology, and life sciences, handling matters such as:

  • Mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including buying and selling businesses
  • Management buyouts and founder exits
  • Shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
  • Early-stage investments to private equity deals
  • Group reorganisations and corporate governance
  • Partnership agreements

You will be expected to manage your own caseload, support senior team members on complex transactions, and actively engage in business development to grow both your own and the firm’s network.

The Candidate

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law
  • Experience in handling M&A, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters
  • Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Confident in business development and eager to contribute to the growth of the firm
