An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the team as a Senior Associate. This role sits at the heart of the Corporate practice, working closely with three experienced Corporate Partners and helping to lead a team of Corporate Associates. As such, it offers significant responsibility, strong client exposure and a genuine opportunity to influence the future direction of the department.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing transactions, maintaining client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and mentoring more junior members of the team. The position would suit an ambitious lawyer seeking a platform from which they can further develop their practice whilst progressing towards the next stage of their career.
