This is an opportunity for an M&A associate with around 3 years' PQE to join a firm known for delivering high-quality legal advice to a broad range of clients, including businesses and institutions as well as HNW individuals and entrepreneurs. The corporate team is particularly well regarded for high-value transactional and advisory work, especially within private capital and specialist sectors like financial services, technology, media and education.

Work includes M&A, joint ventures and investments.

This Corporate Lawyer role offers a mix of advisory and transactional work, with real responsibility from the outset. You'll lead smaller deals, support on larger ones, working closely with clients and other professionals.
