Established in 2012, this niche law firm has a turnover of almost £2m and has been involved in numerous multi-million pound corporate and commercial property transactions, working with some of the region’s leading businesses, including PLCs.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and will work closely with a Senior Lawyer on a variety of high-quality corporate finance matters, including management buyouts, reorganisations, group structures, shareholder and joint venture agreements, IP protection, mergers, acquisitions, private equity, financing, banking, and crowdfunding. Joining a team of 20, you will receive the necessary support and guidance.
