The successful candidate will be a self-starter and work closely with a Senior Lawyer on a mix of very high quality corporate finance, management buyouts, reorganisations and group structures, shareholder and joint venture agreements, IP protection, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and financing, banking and crowd funding. Joining a team of 20 you will be given the support and guidance needed.
