We are seeking experienced Conveyancers or Solicitors to join a highly regarded practice in their Property Team in a Team Leader role, focused exclusively on the legal and technical aspects of conveyancing. This is a non-client-facing position, suited to an experienced practitioner who wishes to concentrate on the technical delivery of conveyancing work without the demands of client communication.
The role involves providing guidance and support to junior fee earners and ensuring the consistent maintenance of high legal and professional standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing technical and legal support to junior fee earners
- Reviewing and overseeing files to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Assisting with complex residential conveyancing matters
- Promoting best practice and maintaining high standards of work across the department
- Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor with substantial residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing processes
- Ability to supervise, support, and mentor junior colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
Roles are available at various offices within Greater London/Kent.
Working ArrangementsFull-time position: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Applications from candidates seeking part-time working arrangements will also be considered.
Additional InformationThis role presents an opportunity to undertake a senior, technically focused position within a structured and supportive property team.
