Company Commercial Lawyer – Northampton We are seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join our team based at Northampton. The successful candidate will have good experience of the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, advising on a full range of commercial agreements, advising on alternative forms of business structure and general commercial advice. Excellent knowledge of transactional processes is required for our role and you will need to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise. The role represents a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build on their broad range of commercial acumen and become part of a close-knit team actively building and developing commercial business throughout Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands. You will ideally possess a minimum of 4 years PQE including a good range of commercial legal experience. In addition, as you will be required to deputise for the Head of Team in his absence you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate, and friendly with a good sense of humour. Commercially astute you will be able to demonstrate first-class drafting and analytical skills.We offer a competitive remuneration package which, in addition to salary consists of contributory pension scheme, health insurance and free life assurance (after 6 months service).
