A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Real Estate Team of a leading law firm, based in Buckinghamshire (only 25 minutes out of central London by train).

The firm has an excellent, long-standing reputation for expertise across all commercial property/real estate disciplines and is geographically placed to attract work from a wide area. These factors provide the team with a strong, established stream of work, as well as a flow of referrals in from our wider commercial department teams.

You will be involved in all aspects of commercial property/real estate work including landlord, occupier and investment finance. Clients include corporate landlords, occupiers, banks, hotels, restaurants, retailers, industrial units, sporting and educational establishments, private investors and infrastructure owners.

  • 1+ years PQE of commercial property/real estate matters with experience of complex matters.
  • Commercial property sale and acquisitions
  • Commercial property funding and investment

Technically strong, skilled at developing good relationships and strong on financial hygiene.
