An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join a leading Commercial firm in Cambridge. The firm is renowned for prioritizing quality over quantity and boasts numerous blue-chip clients in the region.

The Role

You will be joining a department that handles a variety of Commercial Property matters. In the last two years, the department has dealt with:

1. Multi-let investment acquisitions in the City of London valued up to £10 million
2. Property development projects with household-name clients, including land acquisitions conditional on planning, option agreements, and land promotion agreements
3. A development deal with a major supermarket worth approximately £20 million
4. Hotel acquisitions for a hotel chain
5. Investment portfolio refinancing work up to £6 million
6. A multi-million pound development for a prestigious motor car dealership
7. Advising on a large regeneration scheme in East London
8. Acting for a Hong Kong-based client on a multi-million pound joint venture development loan for new homes
