They are seeking to expand their successful Commercial Property Team with the addition of a Solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE. The ideal candidate should be confident in delivering excellent service within a fast-paced team and be ready to handle a wide range of Real Estate transactions, including but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Site assembly for developers
