They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE. Ideally you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including but not limited to
- freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal
- lease renewal and rent review
- site assembly for developers
- advice to landlords and tenants
- option, pre-emption and overage agreements
- property financing
- advice upon retail, office and industrial development
- joint venture projects
