Overview
They are seeking a solicitor with approximately 3-6 years of PQE, though they are open to considering candidates with more or less experience. This role suits someone with experience gained in a City firm or a leading national or regional practice. They offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement from fantastic offices in the heart of Surrey, typically 2-3 days per week in the office. Although advertising for a full-time role, part-time candidates will also be considered.
This team of 14 is one of the largest contentious law practices in the South East outside London, rated in the top tiers of Chambers and Legal 500, and recognised as a National Leading Practice in Chambers. They handle a wide range of contentious work for various clients, from individuals and owner-managed businesses to household-name PLCs. A significant portion of the work is international, involving close collaboration with law firms in other jurisdictions.

Early responsibility is offered, with opportunities to work directly with partners and take the lead on progressing cases. The team includes solicitor advocates, CiArb members, and qualified mediators.
Qualifications and Experience
We seek a candidate with drive and enthusiasm for a broad range of commercial dispute resolution work. Experience in commercial contract disputes is highly advantageous, along with a passion for business development. The ideal candidate will:
