This leading offshore practice advises an impressive international client base on the Jersey law aspects of high-value cross-border disputes. It is looking for an Associate who is keen to get involved in a broad range of contentious work spanning mainstream commercial/contractual disputes, specialist banking and financial services disputes, insolvency, fraud, and asset tracing. You will enjoy plenty of client contact and opportunities to take on responsibility from the outset, making this an ideal role for an ambitious, career-minded lawyer.

Process

Requirements
The role is likely to suit someone with around 1-4 years’ experience in commercial/insolvency litigation. You will be admitted in the UK, Ireland or in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, South Africa). Applicants will need strong academics (2.1 minimum) and will have trained/practised with a respected City, regional UK or international firm (or a commercial/chancery chambers).
Package
Good salary with reduced tax rate (20%). Comprehensive benefits, bonus, and relocation package (flights + temporary accommodation on arrival + expenses allowance).
