The firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. Working as part of an experienced and approachable team, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters while also helping to develop junior lawyers and strengthen client relationships.
The Role
- Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Acting on lease extensions and shared ownership transactions
- Managing matters for HNW clients and complex titles
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and developers
- Overseeing files to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Supporting the growth of the residential property team
