The Role: Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Handle both standard conveyancing matters and more complex transactions, including new builds and shared ownership. Act for a mix of private clients, property developers and lenders. Support senior fee earners on strategic land and plot sales where needed. Provide outstanding client care, particularly to private and high-net-worth clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Experience managing residential transactions from instruction to completion
  • Knowledge of landlord and tenant law, shared ownership, and Help to Buy is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
  • A team player with a client-first approach
