Fast growing, Top 50 UK Law firm, on the fringes of north west London, (on the Piccadilly line), wish to strengthen their Corporate practice with the appointment of a 1-3 year PQE, ambitious and focussed Lawyer.
The successful candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients, including global brands, FTSE 100 companies, private businesses, and individuals, to deliver professional services with speed, accessibility, and clear communication, joining a law firm with over 1300 staff.
The corporate team provide commercial and practical advice on corporate matters including:
- Corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications
- Corporate governance
- Employee ownership trusts
- Equity capital markets
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity
- Shareholder arrangements
