The Role
The team advises a wide range of clients, including sector-leading businesses, public and private organisations and individuals. You will manage client relationships effectively and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities:
- Conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals
- Portfolio acquisitions, disposals and management
- Secured lending transactions for lenders and borrowers
- Acting for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, surrenders, agreements for lease and management matters
- Supporting corporate transactions, including share and asset sales and purchases
- Contributing to business development and practice marketing initiatives
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE, having gained experience in a well-regarded law firm. Possess a strong understanding of commercial property law, with the ability to offer practical, commercial, and strategic advice tailored to the needs of clients, including high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' PQE in commercial property law
- Experience in commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Experience acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions
- Familiarity with property aspects of corporate transactions
