A Senior Family Lawyer is sought by a long established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm now recognised as one of this region’s leading names. Described as very forward thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm wishes to grow substantially in the next twelve months.

The Family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of issues including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Ending a civil partnership
  • Unmarried couples and cohabiting relationships
  • Resolving financial issues on divorce and civil partnership dissolution
  • Resolving children issues including parenting arrangements and relocation abroad
  • Relationship agreements including living together/cohabitation agreements
  • Prenuptial agreements
