Our Legal 500 Client’s highly regarded Wills, Trusts and Estates team has a strong contentious probate practice that is going from strength to strength. With a rapidly growing caseload and reputation, they now need to hire a solicitor into the team to support its continued development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a burgeoning practice and develop a long-term career in this specialist area.

You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running, so you must be able to demonstrate ideally at least one year’s PQE as a solicitor (or equivalent) in civil litigation work – which should include a significant amount of contentious probate work. You’ll support the Partner on their cases as well as begin to build your own caseload under supervision.

To support the development of the practice area, we’ll expect you to have strong client-facing skills and the potential for, and interest in, getting involved in networking and business development activities. You will be part of an extremely friendly and welcoming team with an impressive client base, and we’ll help you to grow your skills and develop your own reputation in the area.
