This firm represents employers of all industries and sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies including Facebook, Coca-Cola, American Airlines, and Boeing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a multi-national business employing people in multiple jurisdictions, covering all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including in particular:
- Executive hiring and firing
- RIFs and restructuring
- Acquisition, due diligence and harmonisation
- Investigations and litigation
- Union and industrial action issues
About You:
