Highly respected practice along the West Sussex coast due to increased instructions are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join our busy team. Reporting to the Head of Private Client, the role will involve managing & developing your own caseload which will eventually cover all aspects of Private Client work but will initially be primarily dealing with Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop your own caseload; initially focused on Wills and Powers of Attorney, with progression to broader Private Client work.
  • Support and work under the direction of the Head of Private Client within a small, busy team.
  • Provide outstanding client care.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience fee earning in Private Client.
  • Be proficient in managing your own caseload together with excellent organisation skills.
  • Have experience of using a case-management system.
  • Be able to integrate easily into our small, busy private client team.
  • Provide outstanding client care.
