An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join a leading Commercial firm in Cambridge. The firm is renowned as a practice that deals with quality rather than quantity and can boast numerous blue riband clients in the region.

The Role

You will be joining a department which deals with a variety of Commercial Property. In the last two years, the department has dealt with the following:

  • Various multi-let investment acquisitions in the City of London up to values of £10 million
  • Various property developers, including household names, in land acquisitions conditional on planning, option agreements and land promotion agreements
  • A development deal with a major supermarket worth in the region of £20 million
  • A hotel chain in various hotel acquisitions
  • Investment portfolio refinance work up to a value of £6 million
  • A multi-million pound development deal for a prestigious motor car dealership
  • Advising on a large regeneration scheme in an area of social deprivation in East London
  • Acting for a Hong Kong based client in relation to a multi-million pound lend to provide development funds on a joint venture basis for a large development of new homes
