Our client has around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m. They are both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many disciplines. On top of a competitive salary, they have a bonus scheme that pays between 10% and 20% of fees recovered over 3 times your salary.
They now wish to add to their already successful Commercial Property Team with the appointment of a Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. Ideally, you should be confident in delivering a good service within a very fast-paced team and hit the ground running to take on a wide variety of Real Estate transactions including but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal
- Lease renewal and rent review
- Site assembly for developers
- Advice to landlords and tenants
- Option, pre-emption and overage agreements
- Property financing
- Advice upon retail, office and industrial development
- Joint venture projects
