This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within the Food and Agribusiness sector. Responsibilities
- Investment sales and purchases for corporate landowners, educational institutions and charities
- Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, estates and equine properties
- Agricultural and business tenancies
- Farming partnerships
- Renewable energy projects
- Mineral leases
- Refinancing transactions for rural businesses and landowners
Qualifications
- 2+ years PQE in agricultural property or rural real estate law
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own caseload and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
