Our client are seeking to appoint an accomplished and experienced 8+ year PQE Solicitor to lead and grow the highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm recognised as one of this region’s leading names. The Team advises on all types of professional and commercial disputes as well as private client matters, providing practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward when trying to resolve disputes. You will be advising on varied commercial disputes involving property, contracts, negligence, shareholders, insolvency, partners and directors. The successful candidate will have proven experience in handling a mixed caseload of commercial and private client dispute resolution work. You will have the ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
