You will take day-to-day responsibility for transactions, work with partners, and maintain direct client contact in a fast-paced corporate practice.
You should have experience across private M&A, private equity, infrastructure deals, and be proficient in drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including SPAs and JVs.
