Are you a conveyancer looking for a friendly, well-established law firm with a strong local reputation and a steady flow of quality residential work?

Our client (30 minutes from Liverpool Street) are a long established, prestigious Legal 500 rated law firm in the heart of Essex, with around 100 people and an annual turnover of £7m.

The Role

You’ll handle a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build and shared ownership transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth process

You’ll join a down to earth team that values collaboration, client care, and work-life balance.

About You

  • Have solid experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or have equivalent experience)
  • Take pride in delivering excellent client service and clear communication
  • Enjoy working as part of a supportive team where quality matters more than volume
